By accessing or using the website of TechKreative or by entering into a service agreement for web development, UI/UX design, branding, or video editing, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

TechKreative provides professional digital agency services including:

• Custom high-performance web development (Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, CMS architectures).
• Executive brand identity design, typography, logo systems, and visual guidelines.
• Social media creative design and conversion-focused marketing collateral.
• High-impact short-form and long-form video editing, motion graphics, and audio calibration.

Specific deliverables, project milestones, turnaround times, and compensation structures are explicitly detailed in written proposals or statements of work mutually confirmed by both parties.

All price estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom code, graphic design assets, brand guidelines, and video edits created specifically for the client become the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the client.

TechKreative retains the standard agency right to feature non-confidential project visuals in our portfolio, case studies, and social media channels to showcase our craftsmanship, unless otherwise bound by an explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Timely project delivery depends upon proactive collaboration. Clients agree to provide project briefs, brand assets, and feedback within reasonable agreed timeframes. Delays in providing necessary approvals may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to TechKreative.
